This website belongs to Mayur, a freelance developer. Contracts, invoicing and data handling for client work run through Hexadata Systems, India, which is the data controller for any personal data you send through this site.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.

Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site secure and working. We don't use these logs to identify you.

If you send the enquiry form, email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, email address, company and project details.

Only to reply to you, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver and invoice the project. The legal basis is your request to us and, for clients, the contract. We never sell your data or use it for marketing you didn't ask for.

Only the services needed to run this site and talk to you, such as the hosting provider, the email provider that delivers enquiry-form messages (Resend), WhatsApp, the booking calendar, Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry), which delivers the site's typeface, and, when switched on, Plausible analytics. Some of them store data outside your country; where that happens they use standard safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. If you're in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority. We reply to every request within 30 days.
